Exit polling questions that I want answered

It appears that Florida is finally settled and the President won.

But even before the final battleground state votes were counted, assessments have been coming in fast and furiously (h/t Darrell Issa) as to why President Obama won and why Mitt Romney lost.

These early guesses have a tendency of becoming the narrative which determines how we wage battles and view the electorate in future contests.

Well before those guesses become elevated to conventional wisdom, I would like some empirical data to back up these assumptions.

I would like exit pollsters to ask the following questions, to determine why voters chose the President over Mitt Romney:

How influential was the President's handling of Hurricane Sandy in your final decision to vote for President Obama?

How influential was Bill Clinton's convention speech in your final decision to vote for President Obama?

How influential was Vice-President Biden's debate performance in your final decision to vote for President Obama?

Exit polls for states:

Ohio

How influential was Mitt Romney's Jeep-to-China ad in your final decision not vote for him?
Florida
Mitt Romney 49% Really, Florida, really?
Undecideds
Honestly, what is your deal? Every election? Every. Single. One? How much data did you need to know Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan sucked?

On Election Day, when we vote, we instantly become the most important and influential pollsters in the entire nation.

So I invite you, my fellow distinguished pollsters, to ask the exit poll questions you'd like answered. Because we can never have enough polls, right?
